## Be the Sheep of Psalm 23

Take a few minutes to step into Psalm 23, practicing using all of your senses.

What would it feel like, look like, sound like, smell like, or even taste like to be the sheep of Psalm 23?

What kind of sheep would you be? 

How does the grass feel? Is the sun out?

Helpful tips:

- Take some deep breaths
- Let yourself settle into your chair
- Grab a sip of water if you can
- Notice what you notice
